Pellicarnos S.A. is an academic spin-off founded in 2022, specializing in the development and implementation of products in the category of foods for special medical purposes (FSMP). The company combines expertise in biochemistry, pharmacology, and clinical medicine, conducting observational studies and medical experiments to create effective tools supporting therapy.
At the core of Pellicarnos’ activities lies the pursuit of addressing unmet medical needs with solutions whose path “from idea to patient” is significantly shorter than that of medicines, while still being able to make a substantial contribution to improving health.
